Google has issued an emergency patch, version 145.0.7632.75, to fix a high-severity zero-day vulnerability tracked as CVE-2026-2441. The flaw, a "use-after-free" bug in CSS, is being actively exploited by hackers to execute arbitrary code. Users of Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers are strongly advised to update their software immediately.
