WhatsApp is developing an "After Reading" feature that automatically deletes messages 15 minutes after they are viewed. Spotted in the latest Android beta, the tool aims to protect sensitive data like OTPs. It functions even with read receipts disabled and includes a 24-hour expiration limit for any messages left unread.
