TikTok has reportedly decided to lay off 150 employees from trust and safety teams to replace them with artificial intelligence (AI) from Berlin in Germany in its latest round. The ByteDance-owned Chinese short-form video hosting company said the proposed layoffs were part of efforts to streamline its operations and improve efficiency.
