Mira Murati has become widely known since her team of Thinking Machines Lab turned down the USD 1 billion tempting offer by Mark Zuckerberg's Meta. The offer was rejected by all the team members who chose to stay with the AI startup and believed in the vision of Murati. However, following that, Meta again launched USD 1.5 billion offer for its Superintelligence Labs.
