Three people died and more than a dozen first responders were treated after being exposed to an unidentified substance at a rural home in New Mexico, authorities said on Wednesday. The incident occurred in the town of Mountainair, east of Albuquerque, during a response to what investigators believe may have been a suspected drug overdose.
