Monica Vitti, the icon of Italian cinema passed away on Wednesday (February 2). She was 90 years old. Vitti was best known for featuring in movies helmed by late Michelangelo Antonioni during the early-to-mid 1960s. The reason of her death is yet to be unveiled. However, reportedly she was suffering from Alzheimer's disease for several years.
