Nazara TV's popular show Dahej Daasi follows protagonist Chunri's (Jahnavi Soni) struggle against the oppressive tradition of being a Dahej Daasi. The show also features Sayantani Ghosh, who portrays the villain Vindhya Devi. In a promo released by the makers, we see Chunri deciding to perform Jauhar after her love, Jay (Rajat Verma), is slain in a fight. Another promo reveals Chunri in a new outfit as she devises a plan to counter Ranvijay's (Rajat Verma) evil intentions. Though details about Chunri's plans remain scarce, we are excited to see her new look.
