Animal rights activist Resham Talwar, who resides in the same locality, filed a case at the Ashiana police station after seeing the video. Talwar is associated with the Vardaan Helping Human LT organisation. Despite the severity of the incident, the youths' parents reportedly responded with indecent language when informed, justifying their children's actions.
