In an unfortunate incident in Delhi, a sub-inspector of Delhi Police allegedly died in a road accident in the Pragati Maidan tunnel. The deceased sub-inspector has been identified as Pavithran NK. Police officials said that Pavithran was posted in the crime team of the East District. A video of the alleged accident has also gone viral on social media. The six-second video clip shows Pavithran going on a scooter when his two-wheeler hit a divider in the Pragati Maidan tunnel. As per a report in PTI, Pavitharan lost balance, and his scooter hit a divider, thereby leaving him seriously injured. Although he was rushed to Lady Harding Hospital, Pavithran NK was declared dead.
