Videos have gone viral on social media from Uttar Pradesh’s (UP) Lucknow which shows some “goons” creating ruckus on road. In the videos, the “miscreants” can be seen abusing the car occupants and later getting into verbal argument with the cops who came there to stop the altercation between them and the car owners.
