According to reports, the man, identified as Chand Bhura, reached the Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh wearing a burqa to meet his girlfriend. However, people got suspicious of his movement and caught him. It is alleged that the mob beat the man on suspicion of being a child lifter. Later, cops were alerted who reached the spot and took the man into custody.
