A video of the same has surfaced on social media. The vendor claimed that despite repeated attempts, the bank had not settled the dues owed to him.

A tea seller (Chaiwala) in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, staged a sit-in protest outside a State Bank of India (SBI) branch, alleging non-clearance of his pending bill amounting to Rs 16,500. A video of the same has surfaced on social media. The vendor claimed that despite repeated attempts, the bank had not settled the dues owed to him. The vendor accused the former bank manager of not settling the dues. Interestingly, the protest coincided with the farewell event of the bank manager.
