A black bear cub wandered into an Alaskan grocery store around last week on October 17, 2023. As per Alaska’s News Source, two wildlife troopers and the Petersburg Police Department were called to the Trading Union IGA on Mitkof Island to corral the animal on Tuesday. The footage shows officials cornering the cub behind a stack of grocery carts in the produce section before walking him out to a trooper vehicle with a humane steel catch pole.
