In a chilling footage that went viral online recently, we see three friends desperately holding onto each other seconds before being washed away by flash floods in Italy. The video footage shows Patrizia Cormos, her friend Bianca Doros and her boyfriend Cristian Molnar standing thigh-deep in the Natisone River in Friuli. The three were apparently taking a stroll along the river, which was overflowing after days of heavy rain. In the horrifying footage, the trio can be seen helplessly clutching onto each other while standing on a tiny islet in the rushing water as a rescue attempt was underway.
