The Indian cricket team met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence 7 Lok Kalyan Marg in New Delhi after winning their second T20 World Cup title. The Indian team arrived in New Delhi after a delay of two days on Thursday morning and now will be travelling to Mumbai for participating in a victory parade.
Rohit Sharma led Indian cricket team arrived back home on Thursday morning on a special Air India flight in New Delhi from Barbados. After arriving at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, the whole India squad went down to 7 Lok Kalyan Marg to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Indian team was accompanied by BCCI secretary Jay Shah and president Roger Binny. Team India will now travel to Mumbai and are scheduled to participate in a victory parade in an open bus from 05:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) onwards. 'Where is Rohit Sharma?'
