Indian batter Jemimah Rodrigues has signed for the Melbourne Stars for the 8th edition of the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL). The 22-year-old cricketer is the first Indian to play for the Stars. Rodrigues, who played for the Melbourne Renegades last season, scored 333 runs at a strike rate of 116.
