According to a spokesperson, Binance US Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Brian Shroder has quit the cryptocurrency trading platform and has been temporarily replaced by Chief Legal Officer Norman Reed. The departure occurs as a regulatory crackdown erodes the firm run by troubled digital entrepreneur Changpeng "CZ" Zhao, who is cutting around one third of its staff, or more than 100 roles.
