The visitors were given a revised target of 174 runs to win from 17 overs after heavens opened up. In the second ODI, Australia batting first scored 132 for seven in 19 overs and then rains occurred and no play was possible.

More than the hosts, it is the rains which has frustrated India on the Australian tour. With better weather forecasted on Sunday in Sydney, the Indian team will be hoping for a full game and thereby, make it one each in the series.
