Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are in Hyderabad for their Indian Premier League 2018 match against home side Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Ahead of the match, Virat Kohli along with some of the teammates visited pacer Mohammed Siraj’s home and enjoyed a sumptuous meal. In a video, which is viral on Instagram, Kohli, Parthiv Patel, and other RCB players can be seen sitting on the floor and sofa at Siraj’s house in Towli Choki. The caption of the video read: “@virat.kohli and other RCB mates having dinner at @mohammedsirajofficial 's house." As per some local media reports, the RCB players spent close to two hours at Siraj’s residence before retiring to team hotel.

Before moving to new house in Towli Chowki, Siraj, son of an autorickshaw driver, along with his family used to live in a small two-room house in the narrow lanes of Khaja Nagar in Banjara Hills. The pacer was last season snapped by SRH for whopping INR 2.6 Crores. At this year’s auction, Siraj was picked by RCB for INR 1 Crore.

The pacer has so far played six matches for RCB and has picked four wickets. Besides Yuzvendra Chahal and Umesh Yadav, Siraj is emerging as the vital component of Bangalore’s bowling.

Meanwhile, RCB will be looking for a win to keep their chances of qualification for playoffs alive. So far, the Virat Kohli-led side has managed to win just three out of nine matches. RCB’s wins this season have come against Mumbai Indians, Kings XI Punjab, and Delhi Daredevils. This will be the first meeting between SRH and RCB in the IPL 2018. The two sides will again face-off on May 17 at RCB’s home venue in Bengaluru.
