After receiving flak in the first T20I against Australia, Krunal Pandya made amends in his bowling, and he came out with flying colours. In only his first series in Australia, the all-rounder broke several records which every bowler would have yearned to! Pandya, on Sunday, ended the 3rd T20I with an impressive bowling figure that read 4-0-36-4.

The senior Pandya was a little expensive while completing his quota of overs; however, his four wickets helped the Indian team come back into the match after Aaron Finch and D’Arcy Short were looking to take the game away from them.

It was also Krunal Pandya’s first four-wicket haul in T20Is. The feat saw him become the bowler with best bowling figures, for a spinner in Australia in the shortest format of the game. Also, his bowling figures, 4/36, happens to be the best for any Indian bowler in T20I cricket Down Under!

Eventually, it was India who won the match by six wickets, after heroics by skipper Virat Kohli helped them bailout from a critical situation. Kohli scored a half-century in the game and a couple of boundaries to seal the match, and square off the series, 1-1, for India!
