Rohit Sharma might not have featured in the playing XI of the Indian team for the two-match Test series against West Indies but this doesn't restrict the Indian batsman from grabbing headlines. The official Instagram account of the Indian Cricket Team posted a video during the second test in Jamaica, in which Rohit pulled out two of his Caribbean fans from the crowd and asked them to show off their dance moves. One of the guys played the famous "Champion" song sung by former Windies cricketer Dwayne Bravo, while the other began to dance to it. Rohit seemed to enjoy the moves and later both the guys grooved together. Virat Kohli & Jasprit Bumrah Silenced The Crowd With Their Celebration During Day 4 of 2nd Test Against WI (Watch Video).

The noticeable thing was that the two local guys were wearing Rohit's T20I jersey and this clearly depicts the fanbase of the Indian stalwart. In the first match too, the 32-year-old entertained his fans by interviewing Ajinkya Rahane and Jasprit  Bumrah who were the mainstays of India's victory in the first Test. Rohit exclusion from the playing XI raised many eyebrows and it gave fuel to the rumour of the rift between him and Captain Virat Kohli. However, the right-handed-batsman seems to enjoy his break off-field and utilise his time in doing some fun stuff. Virat Kohli Credits Team Effort After Becoming India’s Most Successful Test Captain, Says ‘Captaincy Just a ’C’ in Front of Your Name’.

Coming to the match, India won the encounter by a massive margin of 257 runs and clinched the series 2-0. The match created many records, which include Virat Kohli going past MS Dhoni to become India's most successful Test Captain. This series victory was also the first in the ICC World Test Championships. India's next assignment will be when South Africa will tour India for a 3 match T20I and 3 match Test series. Rohit might not have an opportunity in whites but the right-handed-batsman will feature in T20Is against the Proteas and will aim to play some blistering innings.
