Former Pakistan Cricket Team all-rounder Shoaib Malik who is playing in GT20 2019 Canada Tournament for Vancouver Knights hits two 'glass breaking' sixes against Brampton Wolves this past Thursday on Aug 8, 2019. The match between Vancouver Knights and Brampton Wolves was reduced to 16 overs per side. The first incident of glass break took place in the 13th over when Malik smashed Kiwi spinner Ish Sodhi for a six. The second time he hit the ball for maximum to break the dressing room glass in the 16th over, in which the bowl was bowled by his former teammate Wahab Riaz. Vancouver Knights were put in to bat first, the duo of Shoaib Malik along with Windies batsman Andre Russell batted well to post a total of 170/4 in 16 overs. Russell made 43 from 21 balls before getting dismissed by Wahab Riaz.

Shoaib Malik Breaks Window Glass Twice

Brampton Wolves were never in the chase as their batsmen failed to score against Vancouver bowlers. Apart from Collin Munro, no other batsmen felt comfortable on the pitch as Wolves ended up scoring only 103 in 13.4 overs. Winnipeg Hawks defeated Brampton Wolves in the 2nd Qualifier.
