Media personnel covering India vs England game had gathered as usual to question both the captains – Kohli and Eoin Morgan in this case – regarding the match. The kid is part of the “Cricket 4 Good” initiative and arrived to press conference with Kohli by the side. "Hello Everyone, we are the playground pundits and we are taking over tomorrow's match to help raise money for 'one day for children.' I am Edward and I'll be your media manager for the day," said the kid sporting a cheeky smile on his face.
"I am very excited to introduce India captain Virat Kohli," he continued. "Now here's the first question," the boy said before handing the microphone to another kid, who was seated in the front row.
"Hi Virat, I am Neha. Are you excited about tomorrow's match," asked a little girl amidst claps and laughter in the conference room.
Kohli gladly replied her. "Yes Neha," he said. Thank you for the lovely question. We are very excited. It's a very special occasion. It is the first time this is being done and we are very excited to be part of such a special game and I hope you re excited to watch the match.
India are currently placed Second in the points standings with 11 points from six games, while England has eight points from seven matches. India also are the only unbeaten team yet to lose a game in CWC 2019.
