Virat Kohli has a huge fan base from all across the world. Needless to say that he is welcomed with hoots, claps and loud cheers from his fans wherever he goes. This time ahead of the first T20I the scene was no different at the Gabba in Brisbane. The Indian captain walked out to the ground for the toss at the Gabba and what followed was a loud cheer from the Indian supporters who flocked to Gabba for supporting the Indian team. Virat Kohli was obviously all smile as he heard the hoots and the claps by the Indian fans. Even Cricket Australia shared the picture of the same, where Kohli was seen getting on to the field. “Fair to say the Indian fans went a little wild when this man strolled out #AUSvIND,” read the caption of the snap. Virat Kohli was seen obliging the fans with autographs. However, the most adorable gesture as when the Indian skipper gave a little fan a high-five. The video of the Indian captain meeting the fans was shared on the official handle of the BCCI. “Captain Kohli with a heart-warming gesture before the start of the game at Gabba," the BCCI said in a tweet. After winning the toss, India elected to field first. The Australian made the target of 158 runs for India, however, rain disrupted the play and the target was 174 runs. India has already lost the wicket of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and KL Rahul. As of now, Rishabh Pant and Shikhar Dhawan are batting for the side.
