We all are about how keen Virat Kohli is regarding his fitness. The Indian cricket team captain has turned into a fitness freak and to some extent has imbibed that culture in the present Indian team as well. Fitness has become one of the key benchmarks to get into the Indian team. Meanwhile, India is currently locked in the five-match One-Day International (ODI) series with West Indies and ahead of the fifth and final match, Kohli sweated it out in the gym.

India will take on Windies in the fifth ODI at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram. This will be the first ODI at the venue and the home side will be looking to get off to a winning start. Having already secured a 2-1 lead, India will look to seal the ODI series. After India won the first ODI at Guwahati, the second ODI ended in a tie. Windies then drew level in Pune but in the fourth ODI at Mumbai, the hosts bounced back and took a 2-1 lead.
