Ahead of the fourth Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison hosted both teams at his residence the Kirribilli House in Sydney, on the New Year's Day. All the players from Indian and Australian team attended the occasion. Only Rohit Sharma who had flown back to India to be with his wife Ritika Sajdeh and newborn daughter was absent from the event. The official page of the team shared the pictures on social media handles. “#TeamIndia and Australia visit Kirribilli House and the Australian Prime Minister here in Sydney 📸📸👌🏻🇮🇳,” read the caption of the snaps. The Indian team was dressed in a formal attire. Virat Kohli and other team members wore white shirts sleeveless jackets. However, Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya, along with coach Ravi Shastri were spotted wearing Team India blazers.

Incidentally, Rishabh Pant also met Tim Paine wife Bonnie and kids where she clicked a picture with the Indian wicket-keeper and called him the best babysitter. She shared the snap on her Instagram story. The fourth and the final match of the series starts on January 3, 2018.
