Virat Kohli is known to be a captain who leads from the front and back his players. The right-handed batsman also has a huge fan following and the crowd can be seen chanting ‘Kohli Kohli’ whenever he plays. A similar instance happened on the opening day of the 1st India vs Bangladesh Test. The Indore crowd was aesthetic to see the Indian skipper and was cheering him throughout the day. However, he asked his supporters to cheer Mohammad Shami instead of him who was breathing fire and three wickets on the first day. This wasn’t, however, the first instance, when Virat urged the crowd to cheer another player. During India’s tie against Australia in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, the right-handed batsman asked the Indian supporter to clap for Steve Smith instead of booing him. Many budding cricketers idolize Kohli and desire to replicate his heroics with the bat. Meanwhile, Bangladesh opted to bat first in the bat and were bundled out for mere 150 runs. The pace troika of Ishant Sharma, Mohammed Shami, and Umesh Yadav took seven wickets in total and gave their team a great start. In reply, India have mustered  86 runs with the loss of just one wicket.
