He was accused of insulting the people of Odisha in 2001."We have all our preparation done to throw black ink on Shah Rukh Khan's face. Kalinga Sena’s president Hemant Rath has demanded an apology from the superstar and has lodged a police complaint about the same. The Men's Hockey World Cup will take place in Bhubaneswar from November 28 and will go on until December 16.
