Sachin Tendulkar is known to be an ardent lover of kids and is often seen with playing cricket and spending time with children. Recently, the Indian batting stalwart visited the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital in Navi Mumbai to greet the kids over there. The former batsman took to Twitter and shared pictures of his visit. Sachin can be seen giving autographs to the kids and also playing cricket inside the hospital. Kids inside the centre were also delighted after meeting the highest run-scorer in international cricket. The Sai Sanjeevani hospital is treating children for free who are suffering from cardiac issues. Sachin was delighted by the noble cause and praised the management.

This was, however, not the first time when the former cricketer took out time and visited the children. Several videos of him playing with the kids on streets also went viral on social media. Tendulkar, who took retirement from international cricket in 2013, is considered as one of the best cricketers to have graced the gentlemen’s game and thus has a massive fan following. Hence, the kids are also delighted to meet their hero.
