It appeared from Dhawan’s post that his wife Ayesha may have been observing her fast from Australia. Ayesha Dhawan lives in Australia with her three children. Karwa Chauth is a festival observed in Northern India, in which married womne undertake a day-long fast – without even consuming water – and pray for the long life of their husbands.
