Cupertino, April 23: Apple has reportedly stopped showing the "available now" label on its Apple Intelligence webpage after a review by NAD (National Advertising Division) in the United States. The iPhone maker launched Apple Intelligence last year for developers and rolled it out to more users. Recently, the tech giant updated its website, and now it does not claim that the Apple Intelligence features are available for users.

According to the reports, Apple changed this after the National Advertising Division recommended that the company modify or stop making claims about the immediate availability of the Apple Intelligence features. NAD is part of the non-profit BBB National Programs, and it observes national advertising for accurate information. iPhone 17 Pro Likely To Launch in Sky Blue Colour in September 2025: Reports.

Apple's 'Available Now"' claims showed that all the features of Apple Intelligence were available to users. NAD investigated Apple's claim and found the company to be "unqualified" for Apple Intelligence availability. The claims suggested that Apple Intelligence features such as Priority Notification, Genmoji, Image Playground, ChatGPT integration, and others were fully accessible at the time of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro launch.

However, Apple rolled out these features to these models between October 2024 and March 2025. In its investigation, NAD also observed the marketing language by Apple and suggested that Apple Intelligence had enabled new Siri functionalities. These new functionalities were cross-app actions, personal context and on-screen awareness. Grok 3 Beta Now Available on Perplexity AI Platform Along With OpenAI GPT-4.1, Gemini 2.5 Pro and Anthropic Claude 3.7 Sonnet.

Although these features have not yet been released, Apple has included them under the 'Available Now' header. In response to the NAD investigation, Apple updated its promotional materials and disclosures. The iPhone maker said it now shows - "adequately communicate their status". According to the reports, the company also discontinued its "More Personal Siri" video.
