Reliance Industries Chairman, Mukesh Ambani gave a keynote speech on the Day one of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2018. He started the keynote by stating, "Today we are living in an India of unprecented hope and promise. We are no longer a poor country. By 2021 only 3 percent will live under the poverty line."

Moreover, India has become number one mobile data consumption country across the globe. India has witnessed the fastest graduation to 4G from 2G and 3G, stated Mukesh Ambani - Chairman and Managing Director, Reliance Industries Limited. He also mentioned that India will be fully 4G enabled country by the year 2022. Every smartphone in the country will be 4G powered and every Indian will be 4G customer, be it urban or rural.
