Nokia 8110 Banana Phone Now Available For Sale in India at Rs 5999; Check Features and Offers

HMD Global, a Finnish company licensed to retail Nokia smartphones previously launched Nokia 8110 feature phone in India earlier this month. The company introduced the affordable feature phone alongside Nokia 3.1 Plus at an event in New Delhi. Dubbed as Banana phone, the newly launched feature handset from Nokia is now available for sale in India across mobile retails as well as official e-commerce stores. The company has also partnered with Reliance Jio proffering up to 544GB of 4GB data absolutely free with the phone. It also support apps such as Google Search, Google Maps, Google Assistant, Facebook and Twitter. Moreover, the phone also gets a revamped Snake game.

The recently launched Nokia 8110 phone features a 2.4-inch QGVA display panel with an iconic curved body styling and a slider upfront covering the keyboard. Under the hood, the phone packs a Qualcomm’s MSM8905 dual-core SoC with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of ROM. For photography, the Banana phone gets 2MP camera at the back. The Nokia 8110 phone runs KaiOS, which is also seen on other feature phones such as Reliance JioPhone and JioPhone 2. Supporting 4G LTE with VoLTE support, the Nokia 8110 also brings Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, micro USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack for connectivity options. Backed by 1500 mAh battery, the company claims that Nokia 8110 can deliver 25 days of standby time, up to 6.1 hours of video playback, and 48 hours of music playback.
