The Chinese smartphone maker will be carrying out the event in collaboration with Amazon India, which will be attempted at Richardson and Cruddas, Mumbai, India at 6.30 PM IST. The users looking to participate in the world record attempt will be required to have a valid Amazon Prime Now account. Also, they will get an exclusive chance to buy OnePlus 6T via Amazon India on November 1 ahead of everyone else. As a reminder, OnePlus 6T will go on sale in India on November 2 exclusively Amazon. After purchasing, all the smartphones will be shipped to the venue where the customers will unbox their devices along with other community members simultaneously. The participants entering the world record attempt will get Rs 1500 Amazon Gift Vouchers along with Bullets Type-C earphones for free.
As a reminder, the OnePlus 6T will be launched in the Indian market on October 30 at an event in New Delhi. However, the company shifted the global launch event to October 29 as the event clashed with Apple’s event, which is also slated to happen on October 30.
