We previously reported that Oppo is gearing up to launch the much anticipated its first flagship device - Find X at an event in Paris on June 19. Previously, the company teased the upcoming flagship model at its Weibo account hinting the smartphone could bear a full-screen display. Previously, the smartphone was spotted on TENAA tipping that Oppo’s first flagship device could feature dual edge curved display, similar to Samsung Galaxy Edge series. Ahead of its official launch, the specifications and other important information about the smartphone were leaked online via Twitter. The teaser image released by the company revealed that the overall design of the phone will be similar to the Vivo Nex S Ultra FullView Display which could be offered on the smartphone. Going by the leaked specs, the first flagship device from Oppo will be introduced in two color variants – Bordeaux Red and Glacier Blue. The handset is expected to sport a huge 6.4-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with resolution of 2340x1080 pixels and aspect ratio of 19:9. Likely to run on ColorOS 5.1 based on Android 8.1, the dual SIM smartphone is expected to get Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Under the hood, the upcoming Oppo Find X smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.  As far as the dimensions are concerned, the smartphone will be measure 156.7mm in height, 74.2mm in width and 9.6mm in thickness.

On the camera department, the new Oppo Find X will be packed with dual rear camera featuring 20MP primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 16MP secondary sensor with f/2.0 aperture with dedicated LED flash. At the front, the smartphone will be a 25MP snapper with f/2.0 aperture and dedicated f/2.0 aperture. The company previously also confirmed that the new FIND X smartphone will sport an optical 5x zoom technology. Coming to the battery backup, the handset could be packed with 3730 mAh battery supporting super VOOC fast charging. The technology was introduced by the smartphone maker two years ago.
