Earlier this week, Samsung launched the new Galaxy A7 smartphone with a rear triple camera setup at Rs 23,990 in India. With this price tag, Samsung makes its new Galaxy A7 the first device to feature a triple camera at the rear, which will be on sale starting today at 2 pm exclusively on Flipkart. During the sale, customers will get various discounts and schemes offered by the e-commerce site. Coming to the specifications, Samsung Galaxy A7 sports a 6-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with resolutions of 2220 x 1080 pixels. Powering the phone is the company’s Exynos 7885 octa-core processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage space expandable up to 256GB via dedicated microSD card slot. For graphics, the device gets an ARM Mali-G71 MP2 GPU for high-performance gaming. To keep the device ticking, the phone comes with a 3,300mAh battery. Touted as a camera-centric phone, Samsung Galaxy A7 sports a triple camera setup of 24MP + 5MP + 8MP, which is set at an aperture of F1.7, F2.2 and F2.4 respectively. On the front of the phone, there's a 24MP sensor, which supports Samsung’s Beauty Mode and its lens is set at F1.9 aperture. For security and privacy, the phone comes with a fingerprint scanner placed at the side of the device below the power button.
