Samsung will be launching the new Galaxy Note 9 flagship smartphone in the global market today. The much-anticipated device from the house of South Korean smartphone maker will be launched at an event in New York at 11 am EST (8.30 pm IST). Talking about the specs, the new Galaxy Note 9 will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 chipset coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal memory. The smartphone will be made available with an expandable memory of up to 1TB via microSD card. Considering the rumours, it is believed that Samsung will launch the new Galaxy Note 9 in two variants - 6GB/128GB & 8GB/512GB.
Considering the prices of the device for the Vietnamese market, the 128GB variant of the Galaxy Note 9 will be priced at 25 million Vietnamese Dong (approximately Rs. 73,700) while the 512GB option will see a price tag of 29 million four hundred ninety thousand Vietnamese Dong (around Rs. 87,000). The prices of the smartphone are likely to be different in the domestic market because of the taxes and tariffs imposed on both the countries. Moreover, the pre-order page of the smartphone is already live, and the company is proffering free wireless fast charging stand, USB Type-C to HDMI adapter along with Samsung DeX support, Clear View cover for the Galaxy Note 9, and a JBL Inspire 700 wireless sports headphones on the pre-order. However, the pre-order bundle is likely to vary as per the markets.
