Mumbai, October 17: Tata Consultancy Services calls its staff back to the office and reminds them to wear formals as the days of wearing shorts and t-shirts while working from home are over. Recently, TCS announced that it would be hiring 40,000 new freshers, and there were no plans for large-scale job cuts. As per reports, many employees started their careers with TCS during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the company helps them bring their best to work. 

Tata Consultancy Services has focused on the "dress code' while working from the office. In a recent mail, TCS Chief Human Resource Officer Milind Lakkad said that the company looks forward to working from the office for all days. According to Milind Lakkad, "working from the office is the key to internalising TCS values in the TCS way." He added that working from the office upholds the highest standards of professionalism: how the employees dress and present themselves in the organization. Milind says that it can create the right impact for Tata Consultancy Services on a global level. TCS Dress Code Policy for Men and Women:

According to reports, the dress code policy of TCS will ask the male employees to wear business casual, like full-sleeved shirts tucked into the trousers. TCS female employees are asked to wear business dresses. The employees are requested to follow the dress code from Monday to Thursday and wear business formals on special events like summits, seminars, client visits, etc. The TCS Dress Code Policy allows the employees to wear intelligent casuals such as half-sleeved shirts, turtlenecks, and Khakis or Chinos. For women, wearing Kurti and Salwar on Fridays is allowed.
