Implementation Details and District Safeguards
Under the new directives, the city will systematically disable AI functions on more than 35 software platforms used within the district. Programs that cannot remove or restrict their generative features will be phased out entirely. Additionally, companion chatbots—software designed to simulate conversational or emotional support—are strictly prohibited across all grade levels.
