This incident marks Doherty's second recent run-in with law enforcement in South Florida. The influencer, known for filming online stunts and pranks, was previously arrested by Miami Beach police in November 2025. Officers at the time intervened after observing him disrupting traffic to record social media content. According to arrest documents, police issued multiple commands for Doherty to exit the roadway, which he repeatedly ignored, telling officers, "Once I'm done with this bet". He was subsequently apprehended in the middle of the street for obstructing traffic and failing to follow lawful orders. Is US Building Secret Military Base in Somalia’s Bosaso Near Gulf of Aden?

During a subsequent search, officers reported finding half of an orange oval-shaped pill identified as a Schedule II amphetamine, alongside a container holding approximately 4.0 grams of suspected cannabis cigarettes.
