Escalation and Airport Security Breach
According to Suvarnabhumi Airport's timeline, the disturbance began at approximately 11:00 PM on July 29. A group of 22 fans followed Singaporean actor Ayden Sng and Chinese actor Lv Sitong - stars of the web drama Double Helix - into an airline lounge without proper authorisation. Airline personnel sought assistance from airport security, who escorted the group out of the facility. However, the fans continued to pursue the artistes toward the departure hold room. "At the boarding document checkpoint, they refused to cooperate with boarding pass checks and attempted to rush after the (artistes) in order to board the aircraft together," the airport stated. The fans reportedly followed the actors onto the passenger boarding bridge before airline staff temporarily closed the aircraft door to secure the cabin.

Altercation and Disciplinary Action

The airport noted that the group behaved provocatively towards security staff, triggering a physical altercation as officers attempted to restore order.
