Washington, April 24: US President Donald Trump might have ended up sharing an awkward moment with visiting French President Emmanuel Macron. While greeting him at the White House, Trump was spotted on camera flicking off "dandruff" from the suit of Macron.

Trump, while speaking to reporters, promptly confirmed brushing away the dandruff. "We have a very special relationship, in fact I'll get that little piece of dandruff off," he said.

In his next statement, Trump added that he is making the French President perfect. "We have to make him perfect -- he is perfect," the US President quipped.

Here is the video of Trump flicking away the dandruff off Macron's suit:

It remains interesting to be seen how the French media reacts to the incident. Although both Trump and Macron laughed over it, the humorists may end up ridiculing the duo for quite some time.

Keeping the light moments aside, Trump, while addressing the press alongside Macron, reiterated his stance on the Iran nuclear deal, calling it a disaster. "The deal allows Iran to continue its misadventures in Syria and Yemen," he said.

Macron, although did not comment on the issue in the press brief, has marked his dissent over Trump's threat to annul the nuclear pact with Iran. While speaking to Fox News, the French President said, "You cannot declare war with everyone. You cannot break ties with iran in a snap by annulling the nuclear deal. You cannot announce trade wars with China and others. The world needs to move forward through dialogue and discussion."
