Howrah (WB), Apr 14 (PTI) An eight-year-old boy was killed and 10 others injured after a portion of the tower of a temple collapsed during a storm in Howrah district today, police said.

The incident happened at Kachol Village under the jurisdiction of Jaipur police station when devotees gathered to offer puja, the police said.

A police officer said that the minor died on the spot.

The injured were taken to a hospital, he added. PTI
