In a post on X, Sanjay Singh said, "An FIR has been filed against @PankajAwanaAAP, the state president of the Aam Aadmi Party Youth Wing, simply because he highlighted the dismal condition of schools in Noida. @myogiadityanath ji, you said that the schools have been transformed, so what's wrong with making a video of the school? Will the children of the poor study in hell, and will no one raise their voice for them? The schools will have to be fixed."

The case was registered at Sector-49 Police Station following a complaint by the school staff. The accused allegedly recorded a video of the government school premises without authorisation.

In a post on X, Awana said, "If you take the truth about government schools to the people, then an FIR against you is inevitable. We are not the kind of people who get scared We are the soldiers of the Aam Aadmi Party, and we will keep bringing this truth to the people with full strength. That's why they have filed an FIR against me--so that we get intimidated, but we are not the kind of people who fear Yogi or Yogi's police." (ANI)
