Yadav had initially been suspended on August 4, 2026, under Rule 299(1) for the remainder of the session after protesting in the House, displaying placards and a Ram Lalla photograph to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and failing to adhere to Speaker Satish Mahana's directions.

Disregarding Speaker Satish Mahana's instructions during Question Hour, Yadav held up placards and a Ram Lalla photograph to press for an immediate discussion on the Ayodhya issue.

Mahana noted that while the Chair was ready to grant time for discussion on Ayodhya, opposition members arrived intent on stalling proceedings rather than engaging in debate. (ANI)
