Mumbai, Oct 5 (PTI) Internet service provider Hi-Com Network on Thursday announced that it has acquired Computer Maintenance Agency, an IT service partner, for an undisclosed sum.

A statement pegged the value of the "strategic alliance" at USD 1 million (about Rs 8.32 crore) without elaborating further.
