Bhubaneswar (Odisha) [India], Nov 30 (ANI): Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has felicitated specially-abled Manoranjan Kahar and offered him the appointment letter to join a government college in the state.

Kahar, a specially-abled person from the Tikanbali village in Odisha's Kandhamal district received an appointment letter from the Chief Minister to join the college as an Odia language lecturer in a special program in Bhubaneswar.

"I always listen to our Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik's achievements on television, but today I feel proud to get an appointment letter from him," an elated Kahar said.

Kahar, who is visually impaired, was selected for this post from the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) exam.

"Nothing is impossible for humans. We only need continuity and dedication. I am very happy with this achievement," he added.(ANI)
