President Kovind Departs for Melbourne

President Ramnath Kovind, who is on a four-day official visit to Australia, has departed from Sydney for Melbourne.

Sydney [Australia], Nov 23 (ANI): President Ramnath Kovind, who is on a four-day official visit to Australia, has departed from Sydney for Melbourne.

President Kovind and the First Lady Savita Kovind are scheduled to meet with Governor of Victoria Linda Dessau.

The President is also slated to visit Sidney Myer Asia Centre and address the students.

He will also attend the Cricket Melbourne Event and the T20 Cricket event later in the day.

In Sydney, the President unveiled the statue of Mahatma Gandhi. He also addressed the Australian Financial Review India Business Summit. (ANI)
