New Delhi [India], August 7 (ANI): Former Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah wrote a letter to his successor HD Kumaraswamy, urging him not to shift Film City project from Mysuru to Ramanagar.
Siddaramaiah, in his letter, said that the Film City was planned to be built in Mysuru and 100 acres land was also allotted for the same. He also mentioned that it was the dream of late legendary actor Rajkumar to build Film City in Mysuru.
Kumaraswamy in his last budget announced that Film City will be shifted to Ramanagar from where he was elected.
Siddaramaiah hails from Mysuru district, while Kumaraswamy represents Ramanagar constituency. (ANI)
