As per a report by Autocar India, Bajaj plans to unleash six additional motorcycles over the next 45 days, combining brand-new variants with structural product upgrades organised across three distinct platforms: the original, the N, and the NS series. As per a report by BikeAdvice, the upcoming adventure model is slated to make its world premiere in October to challenge rivals in the mid-capacity segment. Bajaj Auto Manufacturing Capacity Growth
To support this rapid product offensive, Bajaj is actively working to scale up its production capabilities. The company is evaluating options for brownfield expansions and a greenfield facility to increase its annual output capacity from approximately 72 lakh units to over 90 lakh vehicles. This expanded manufacturing footprint is designed to accommodate growing domestic sales and strengthen the brand's competitive footing as it heads into the peak retail season.
